The first building permit for a private residence made with a 3D Printed Villa at Al Awir 1 has been given, according to the Dubai Municipality. 


The newly begun villa construction work will be a part of an unprecedented worldwide effort, and a four-meter-high structure will be printed in a single session. According to a statement from 3D Printed Villa By Dubai Municipality, the home will be constructed completely from locally sourced concrete.
